Do you offer gift cards? Not yet, but we plan to offer them in the future!
Can I cancel or change my order? We process orders quickly, so unfortunately we cannot cancel or change orders once they have been placed. However, you can return unwanted items according to our Returns Policy (see below).
By when does your order need to arrive? Our order deadline is 5:00 p.m. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next working day.
Shipment
Where do you ship to? We currently only ship to Germany.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping on all orders within Germany is completely free!
How long does shipping take? We process orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, shipping takes an additional 4-7 business days. Overall, you can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days.
Do you offer express shipping? Not currently, but we're always looking for ways to improve our shipping options.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a generous return policy. You may return unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. For more details, see our Returns & Refunds Policy page (link to your Returns & Refunds Policy page).
Who bears the costs of return? The customer bears the costs of return unless the item is defective.
How long does it take to process a return? We will process your return within 5 business days of receipt.

What size should I order? We recommend that you consult our size chart on each product page to find the size that fits you best. If you are unsure about your size, please feel free to contact us.
Do you offer care instructions for your garments? Yes, we do! Care instructions can be found on the product label or on the product page on our website.
Are your garments ethically made? Yes, we are committed to ethical sourcing and manufacturing practices. We work with suppliers who share our values and ensure their workers are treated fairly and paid a living wage.
